Scandinavian Formulas Good Breath Review

Scandinavian Formulas Good Breath for Bad Breath & Body Odor

This is our review of Scandinavian Formulas Good Breath. This is a product that is designed to deliver exactly that – breath that doesn’t smell after you have eaten foods that are notorious for causing bad breath such as garlic, onions and spicy foods. It is also supposed to deal with coffee breath, and the horrible smell of smokers’ breath. It is even supposed to counter unpleasant “early morning” breath.

However, it is important to note that Scandinavian Formulas Good Breath is not designed to mask the bad breath smell that results from poor oral hygiene.

Ingredients

Other Ingredients:  Gelatin, Glycerin, and Water

Parsley has long been used as a way to freshen breath thanks too its fresh, strong flavor. It also contains chlorophyll which is thought to have antibacterial properties. Bad breath is often the result of the smell produced when bacteria feast on the bits and pieces of food that remain in your mouth after eating.

Sunflower seed oil is said to be rich in healthy fats that can remove odor-causing foods from your teeth and mouth.

Dosage

Take 2 to 3 capsules with liquid after eating.

This should work for up to six hours.

Price

The price for a container of 60 softgel capsules is $7.84 when purchased from an online retailer like Amazon. You cannot purchase the product directly from the manufacturer, unless you first email a Scandinavian Formulas’s customer service person. There is no indication on the Scandinavian Formulas website about the cost of the product when purchased directly from them.

Guarantee

There is no indication on the Scandinavian Formulas website about any kind of a guarantee for the product. If you do purchase it from another online retainer, we recommend that you establish exactly what that retailer’s returns policy is.

Scandinavian Formulas Good Breath Review – Conclusion

The two active ingredients in Scandinavian Formulas Good Breath – parsley seed oil and sunflower seed oil – have long been advocated as a way to eliminate bad breath that results from such things as eating garlic and onions, drinking coffee or smoking.

It does not mask the bad odors that arise from poor oral hygiene – nor do the manufacturers make any such claim.

Despite the fact that the two active ingredients are acceptable to vegetarians, they are contained in a softgel capsule that may (or may not) contain animal products. Because we were unable to ascertain the provenance of the gelatin used, we have to presume that it is most likely animal and therefore vegetarians and vegans should probably avoid this product.

We were also a little surprised at the cost of the product. You cannot purchase it directly from the manufacturer without going through the hassle of emailing them, which means you are most likely to purchase it online. A bottle of 60 softgels at $7.84 might seem like an acceptable price to pay – until you figure out that each serving of 3 softgels means you will only get 20 servings per container. And each of those 20 servings will only last for 6 hours. That means, if you want nice fresh breath all day, your $7.84 container will hardly last you any time at all.
